EarnIt is intended for users aged 9 years and above.
We design our services to minimise the collection of personal data. Where local law requires, users should have permission from a parent or guardian before using the App.

We only collect information necessary to operate and improve EarnIt.

3. Device Permissions and Screen Time
EarnIt integrates with Apple Screen Time and similar platform tools to help manage app usage.
We do not store or access Apple Screen Time data directly on our servers.
Any device usage controls are processed by the operating system.

- maintain leaderboards and friend rankings

Leaderboards may display chosen display names only.

- PostHog – analytics and product insights
- Apple App Store / Google Play – subscription billing
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual safeguards.

Where data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses where required.
